Refund policy

We will happily exchange your product if we process an order incorrectly or if upon receipt, the product is damaged or in any way faulty. The customer is required to pay the shipping on return exchange orders. Shipping and handling charges for return exchange merchandise are non-refundable unless Sea Trendy has made a shipping error.

Free exchanges- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please email us to this address mcionine@seatrendy.com or send us a whats app +6594857561. We will hold the new item if available and dispatch it free of charge in Singapore when the first item arrives back with us.

Upon receipt of goods returned for exchange, Sea Trendy reserves the right to deny an exchange if the merchandise does not meet Return for Exchange Policy requirements, as stated below:

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE POLICY REQUIREMENT:

Used, altered, or customer-damaged merchandise is not acceptable for exchange. All items being returned for exchange must be in the original condition, and all packaging and labels must be in place

Under all other circumstances, we do not accept returns.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
